The staff at the reception were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to provide assistance and recommendations. the room I stayed in was clean, quiet, and spacious, with everything in the right place. the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and I especially enjoyed having a balcony to relax on. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with the town center and tram stations within walking distance.
One minor downside was the placement of the toilets in the middle of the bathroom, which lacked privacy. It would have been appreciated to have some shelves or holders in the shower for storing soap, shower gel, and shampoo.

The room was clean and cozy, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. The hotel location was great, only a short walk from all the major hotspots, and there were a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. The receptionist was very helpful with giving us directions to these spots and even recommended a great place to eat.
The noise was unbearable at night; we could hear the street noise and shouting from outside, and it was hard to get a good sleep.

The prices in the city were high in general which affected our overall experience. we had broken electric blinds in our room that the staff couldn't fix properly.
